Corned Beef Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 beef bouillon cubes
1 c. boiling water
1 pkg. lemon Jell-O
1 c. Miracle Whip
1 large and 1 small pkg. cream cheese
2 c. diced celery
1/2 c. diced green pepper
3 Tbsp. minced onion
4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1 can corned beef, chopped
Preparation

Dissolve cubes in water; add Jell-O.
Blend mayo and cheese. Add Jell-O mixture; add the rest of ingredients and mix.
Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Chill overnight.
Cut in squares and garnish.
