Russian Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) bottle Russian dressing
    1 (10 oz.) bottle apricot preserves
    1 pkg. dried onion soup mix
    1 cut up chicken
Preparation
    Combine dressing, preserves and onion soup mix.
    Place chicken in baking dish.
    Pour mixture over chicken.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serve with rice or mashed potatoes.
