Hash Brown Hash(Microwave Easy) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 c. frozen loose pack hash brown potatoes
    1 c. finely chopped cooked beef
    2 Tbsp. snipped parsley (optional)
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 (5 oz.) can evaporated milk (2/3 c.)
    2 tsp. all-purpose flour
    1 green pepper, seeded and cut into wedges (optional)
    1 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    Note:
    Pepper wedges are used for serving dishes for the hash.
