Italian Sausage Spinach Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bulk Italian sausage
    1 medium onion, chopped
    6 eggs, beaten
    2 pkg. (10 oz. each) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
    4 c. (16 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1 c. Ricotta cheese
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    pastry for 2 crust pie (10-inch; Pillsbury pie crusts are fine)
    1 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    In a skillet brown sausage and onion until the sausage is done and onion is tender.
    Drain.
