Fruitcake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. pecans
    1 lb. candied pineapple
    1 lb. candied cherries
    1/2 lb. real butter
    1 c. sugar
    2 c. flour
    5 eggs
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix butter, eggs, sugar and vanilla together.
    Add all other ingredients.
    Bake in tube pan at 250\u00b0 for 3 hours.
    Put a pan of water under rack.
