Crab Spaghetti - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. olive oil (extra virgin)
1 1/2 c. chopped onions
2 cloves garlic
1/4 c. chopped parsley
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 (14 oz.) can solid packed tomatoes
1 can tomato sauce
1 tsp. black pepper
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 1/2 c. water
1 lb. fresh crab
1/4 c. Spanish sherry or white wine
Parmesan cheese (for topping)
Preparation

Saute onion, green pepper, garlic and parsley in oil. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, water and seasonings. Simmer 2 to 3 hours. Add crab and wine and simmer 10 minutes. Take cooked pasta (drain, but don't rinse) add sauce and top with Parmesan cheese.
