Splatter-Proof Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. meat loaf mix
    1 c. soft bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1 Tbsp. onion flakes
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1 egg
Preparation
    Line broiler pan with aluminum foil.
    Spray broiler rack with nonstick spray.
    Roll meat balls and line along grooves of broiler rack.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for about 45 minutes or until done.
