Hot Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 gal. grated cabbage
3 large onions, chopped
2 bell peppers, chopped
3 carrots, grated
3 c. sugar
1 c. white vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. red pepper
3 c. prepared mustard
Preparation
-
Combine all ingredients and heat to boiling.
Boil on heat about 20 minutes.
Stir constantly.
Put in jars.
(Makes 9 pints.)
