Easy Gourmet Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 boned and skinned chicken breast halves
    1/2 c. mushrooms
    1 tsp. butter
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    8 oz. sour cream
    1/2 c. sherry
Preparation
    Pound chicken and put in large shallow baking dish.
    Saute mushrooms in butter.
    Mix them with sour cream, soup and sherry. Pour over chicken.
    Bake, uncovered, in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour. Serves 4 to 6.
