Tofu Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box tofu (silken style)
    2 c. pumpkin
    1 c. light brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. cloves
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 Tbsp. whole wheat flour
    1 (9-inch) pie crust
Preparation
    Process all ingredients in blender until smooth.
    Pour into pie shell and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
    Chill 2 hours.
    Top with Cool Whip.
