Baked Nutmeg Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

sweet potatoes
1 stick margarine
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. nutmeg

Preparation

Peel sweet potatoes. Slice 1/4 thick lengthwise. Place lengthwise in a casserole dish. Dot with margarine. Sprinkle with sugar and nutmeg. Don't add any water or liquid. Cover tightly with foil. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
