Ham And Cheese Chicken Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breast halves, boned
    4 thin slices cooked ham
    4 thin slices Swiss cheese
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 can cream of broccoli soup
    1/3 c. milk
    1/4 c. sliced green onions
    1/8 tsp. dried thyme leaves, crushed
Preparation
    Flatten chicken to even thickness.
    Place 1 ham slice and 1 cheese slice on each breast half.
    Roll up chicken from narrow end, jelly roll fashion.
    Tuck in ham and cheese; secure with toothpick.
    In a skillet over medium-high heat, in hot oil, cook chicken rolls 10 minutes or until browned on all sides.
    Spoon off fat.
    Stir in soup, milk, onions and thyme.
    Heat to boiling. Reduce heat and cover.
    Cook 10 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink, stirring occasionally.
    To serve, remove toothpicks. Spoon sauce over roll up.
