Potato Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion
    1 garlic
    1 Tbsp. thyme
    1 tsp. salt
    6 red skin potatoes
    1/2 c. stock
Preparation
    Fry onion, garlic, thyme and salt in 1 teaspoon oil until onion is clear and soft.
    Place a layer of thinly sliced potatoes in bottom of ovenproof serving dish.
    Pour fried mixture in layers with potatoes.
    Pour 1/2 cup stock over completed layers.
    Place foil on top and bake 50 minutes at 350\u00b0.
