Potato Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 6 medium potatoes
1 Tbsp. salt
1/2 stick margarine, cut in small pieces
1/4 lb. cheese, grated
1 small onion, chopped
4 to 6 slices bacon
Preparation

Pare and slice potatoes; cook in water to which salt has been added until just barely tender.
Place a layer of potatoes in bottom of casserole dish.
Add some of margarine, grated cheese and chopped onion.
Continue until all ingredients except bacon have been added.
Place strips of bacon on top of casserole.
Place in 400\u00b0 oven for about 30 minutes or until bacon has been browned.
