Reuben Meat Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can tomato sauce
1 lb. ground beef
1 can corned beef
2 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
2 eggs, beaten
2 tsp. chopped parsley
1 large garlic clove
1 can sauerkraut, drained well and chopped fine
1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/2 tsp. caraway seed
2 tsp. horseradish
2 slices Mozzarella cheese, cut in 8 pieces
Preparation

Mix 1/2 can tomato sauce and first 6 ingredients.
Press on 15 x 10-inch pan covered with Saran Wrap.
Mix sauerkraut, shredded cheese and caraway seed and press into meat mixture.
With aid of Saran Wrap, roll jelly roll fashion from narrow end.
Bake in shallow baking dish with 1/3 cup of water at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Mix 1/2 can tomato sauce and horseradish.
Spoon over loaf.
Bake 15 minutes.
Arrange cheese slices over loaf.
Bake until cheese melts.
Yields 8 to 10 servings.
