Peach Sherbet - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sliced fresh peaches
1 c. plain yogurt
2 Tbsp. honey
1/2 c. orange juice
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a blender and process at a high speed until smooth and creamy.
Pour mixture into ice cream tray or pan and freeze until solid.
Remove from freezer and break into chunks.
Return mixture to blender and process at a high speed to ice cream consistency.
Pour back into pan and freeze until firm. Allow to soften slightly in the refrigerator before serving.
