Broccoli Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box Jiffy cornbread
    1 stick margarine, melted
    1 pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli (10 oz.), cooked and drained
    6 oz. cottage cheese
    1 medium onion, chopped fine
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese (optional)
    1 tsp. salt
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a large bowl with the eggs.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 in greased 9 x 13-inch baking pan until brown, approximately 25 minutes.
