Shoo-Fly Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. brown sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
1/2 c. molasses
1 egg, beaten
2 c. hot water
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. flour, unsifted
1/2 c. margarine, soft
1 c. brown sugar
pastry for 2 (9-inch) pie shells, unbaked
Preparation

In saucepan mix 3 tablespoons flour, 1 cup brown sugar, molasses, beaten egg and hot water.
Bring to a boil.
Remove from heat and stir in baking soda.
Cool.
