Chicken Salad For Two - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium onion
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. honey
1/2 tsp. poppy seed
torn fresh spinach or lettuce
1 c. cooked chicken, cubed
1/2 c. seedless grapes, halved
1/4 c. chopped pecans
2 Tbsp. chopped celery
1 orange
Preparation

Shred 1/2 teaspoon peel from orange.
Peel and section orange over bowl to catch juice.
Reserve 1 teaspoon juice.
Set sections aside.
Combine peel, reserved juice, sour cream, honey and poppy seed.
Cover and chill.
Toss together orange sections, chicken, grapes, pecans and celery.
To serve, spoon onto spinach lined plates.
Spoon 1 tablespoon dressing over top of each.
Cover and chill remaining dressing.
