Carrot Hot Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 1/2 c. drained, cooked carrots
    1 medium onion
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    3 c. seasoned croutons
    1/2 c. melted butter
Preparation
    Mix drained carrots with onion, butter, soup, salt and Cheddar cheese which has been heated in a pan.
    Toss together the 1/2 cup melted butter and croutons and spoon over carrot mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
