Rice Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) mini marshmallows
    1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple, drained (save juice)
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 small jar maraschino cherries, drained (save juice)
    1 carton (small) Cool Whip
    chopped pecans
    2 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    Cook rice with juice of cherries and pineapple and enough water so you have 2 cups cooked rice.
    Combine pineapple and marshmallows; set aside.
    Mix cream cheese, sugar and mayonnaise. Chop cherries and mix all together with Cool Whip and nuts. Chill.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
