Stuffed Minute Steaks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. dry stuffing mix
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 c. hot water
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    4 (4 oz.) beef round minute steaks
    1/4 c. honey
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Combine stuffing mix and green pepper in bowl.
    Add mixture of hot water and margarine; mix well.
    Spoon 1/2 cup onto each steak. Roll to enclose filling; secure with toothpicks.
    Place in shallow baking pan.
    Pour mixture of honey and soy sauce over top. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
