Sweet Pepper Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 doz. green peppers
    1 doz. red peppers
    1 doz. large onions
    2 stalks celery
    2 1/2 c. white vinegar
    2 Tbsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. celery seed
    2 Tbsp. mustard seed
    4 c. sugar
Preparation
    Chop or grind peppers, onions and celery.
    Pour boiling water over mixture; let stand 10 minutes.
    Drain off all juices.
    Put in a large kettle and add sugar, vinegar and spices.
    Boil this mixture for 10 minutes.
    Put in jars and seal.
    Makes 9 pints. Very good.
