Whole Green Chilies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese
    1 (4 oz.) can whole green chilies
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 can evaporated milk
    1 Tbsp. flour
    3/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    In quart baking dish, layer Jack cheese, split green chilies and Cheddar cheese.
    Gradually add milk to flour, mixing until well blended.
    Add eggs; mix well.
    Pour over cheese.
    Cover and bake at 300\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Remove from oven and allow to stand for 10 minutes.
    Serve with Del Monte taco sauce and sour cream if desired.
    Makes 2 to 4 servings.
