Apple Nut Pudding With Hot Rum Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. margarine, softened
    2 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. imitation butter flavoring
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 Tbsp. water
    4 apples, peeled and finely chopped
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Combine sugar, butter, eggs, vanilla and flavoring.
    Beat until fluffy.
    Add flour, soda, salt, cinnamon and water.
    Beat 2 minutes with mixer.
    Stir in apples and pecans.
    Spoon into greased 13 x 9 baking pan.
    Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
    Cut into squares.
