Cinnamon Flops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    butter (size of egg)
    1 1/2 c. milk
    3 c. flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Combine ingredients.
    Pour into a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Sprinkle top with brown sugar and cinnamon.
    Dot with butter; top with nuts.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
