Cauliflower Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large head cauliflower
    1 can mushroom soup
    1/3 c. mayo
    1 c. shredded Cheddar and Jack cheese
    1/4 c. bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Steam cauliflower until tender.
    Arrange in a casserole.
    Mix soup, mayo and cheese; pour over casserole.
    Melt butter in bread crumbs until crumbly.
    Sprinkle over cauliflower.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes, uncovered.
