Pork Chops And Corn Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs, beaten
1 can cream-style corn (15 1/4 oz.)
1 can whole kernel corn (15 1/4 oz.), drained
1/2 c. melted butter
1/2 c. chopped celery
4 slices cubed white bread
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
4 to 6 pork chops (about 1-inch thick)
additional salt and paprika
Preparation

In a mixing bowl, combine eggs, corn, butter, celery, onions, bread cubes, paprika, salt and pepper.
Spoon into a 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.
Arrange pork chops over dressing.
Sprinkle with additional paprika and salt.
Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
Uncover and bake 30 minutes or until chops are tender. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
