Spinach Salad Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. catsup
    1/4 c. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Blend all ingredients in blender.
    Make the day before using. Store in refrigerator. Serve over salad of fresh spinach, sliced water chestnuts, bean sprouts, mushrooms, sliced hard-boiled eggs and bacon bits.
