Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
    3 c. grated zucchini
    3 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    4 eggs
    1 c. oil
    3 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. baking soda
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. chopped walnuts (optional)
Preparation
    Mix first 6 ingredients and set aside.
    Mix last 5 ingredients and then add to liquid.
    Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350\u00b0 in a 9 x 13-inch greased pan.
    Check with a toothpick.
