Cabbage Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 cabbage leaves
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 c. cooked rice
    1 egg
    1 can tomato soup
    3/4 c. water
Preparation
    Pour boiling water over cabbage leaves.
    Let stand 5 minutes. Drain.
    Heat ground beef until brown.
    Add onion, rice and egg. Roll a portion of filling into each leaf.
    Fasten ends with toothpicks.
    Place cabbage rolls in cooker.
    Pour tomato soup and water over rolls.
    Cook 40 minutes.
    Serves 4.
