Bean Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cider vinegar
1/2 c. oil
1 can pinto beans, drained
1 can black-eyed peas, drained
1 can white corn, drained
1 green pepper, 1/4-inch diced
1 red onion, 1/4-inch diced
Preparation

Boil together first 3 ingredients. Mix in remaining ingredients. Serve with corn chips. If doubling, don't double the onion.
