Chow Chow - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 large ripe tomatoes
    2 sweet peppers
    2 banana hot peppers
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 c. cider vinegar
    3 large onions
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. water
    1 tsp. ginger
    1 tsp. allspice
    1 tsp. cloves
    1 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Combine ingredients.
    Bring to a boil.
    Let cook down for 1 to 2 hours.
    Freeze or can in pints.
