Beef Wrap-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    1 small onion, chopped (approximately 1/4 c.)
    2 Tbsp. grated American cheese
    1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt or powder
    1 egg, separated
    1 c. all-purpose flour (do not substitute self-rising)
    1/3 c. water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    vegetable oil or shortening (for deep frying)
Preparation
    Mix ground beef, onion, cheeses, 1/4 teaspoon salt, garlic salt and egg white.
    Reserve.
