Caramel Popcorn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    15 c. popped popcorn
    1 c. packed brown sugar
    1/4 c. light corn syrup
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. melted butter
Preparation
    Mix and cook everything except popcorn.
    Cook on medium heat until mixture bubbles on edge.
    Cook for 5 minutes longer.
    Take off heat.
    Stir in 1/2 teaspoon baking soda.
    Mixture will foam. Put popcorn in roasting pan.
    Pour mixture over popcorn.
    Mix well.
    Bake in oven at 200\u00b0 for 1 hour; mix every 15 minutes.
