Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe

2 pkg. (12 oz.) frozen hash browns
2 c. dairy sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 stick margarine, melted
1 lb. German sausage, cooked and cut up
1 tsp. salt
1 to 3 Tbsp. onion, chopped
2 c. shredded cheese
2 c. corn flakes, mixed with 1/4 c. melted margarine
Preparation

Thaw potatoes in colander and drain excess water.
Melt margarine in 2 quart casserole (9 x 13-inch pan).
Add soup, sour cream, salt, onions, cheese and sausage.
Mix well.
Add potatoes. Sprinkle with buttered corn flakes and bake at 350\u00b0 about 50 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
