Chicken In Almond Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken
    1/4 c. vinegar
    3 c. water
    4 cloves garlic
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. oil
    8 almonds, chopped
Preparation
    Cut the chicken in 4 or 6 parts.
    In the pot, mix chicken, water, vinegar, garlic and salt.
    Cook for 45 minutes or until chicken is soft.
    In a separate pan, fry the almonds in oil. Remove from the oil, chop with a clove of garlic.
    Pour over the meat.
    Cover the pot for 10 minutes, the juices must thicken. Serve over white rice or with French fries.
    Makes 4 servings.
