Chicken Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
6 c. cooked potatoes, cubed
1 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. green pepper, diced
1/2 c. onion, chopped fine
10 oz. cooked chicken
lettuce leaves
1 hard-cooked egg, sliced
paprika
Preparation

Combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, mustard, pepper, chopped eggs, potatoes, celery, green pepper, onion and cooked chicken.
Mix well and chill.
Serve on lettuce; garnish with egg slices and paprika.
Makes 8 to 10 servings.
