Don'T Peek Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. stew meat
    2 cans stewed tomatoes
    1 c. water
    3 Tbsp. tapioca
    1 Tbsp. salt
    sprinkle of pepper
    sprinkle of garlic salt
    green peppers
    celery
    onions
    potatoes, peeled
    carrots
    green beans
    pea pods
Preparation
    Mix together in big roaster.
    Put 2 slices of bread on top; cover.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 for 5 hours.
