Deep Fried Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. warm water
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. dried yeast
    1 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. oil
Preparation
    Add sugar and yeast to warm water.
    Stir and let stand 10 minutes, until frothy.
    Add salt, flour and oil.
    Stir and let sit 1/2 to 1 hour before using.
    Make sure fish is dry.
    Shake in flour.
    Stir batter before using.
    Dip fish in batter.
    Deep fry at 360\u00b0 for 5 to 6 minutes.
    Drain on paper towels.
    Will stay crisp in warm oven.
