German Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    3 hard-boiled eggs
    1 large green bell pepper, diced
    1 medium yellow onion, diced
    1/2 c. diced celery
    mustard to desired taste (optional)
Preparation
    Peel potatoes.
    Boil potatoes until slightly firm; do not overcook.
    Drain water off potatoes and dice potatoes while still hot.
    Add all remaining ingredients and mix together.
    Serve while hot.
    You may serve cold, if you prefer.
