Banana Pineapple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. soda
2 c. mashed bananas
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. oil
3 eggs
1 small can coconut
1 c. nuts

Preparation

Combine dry ingredients; stir in rest.
Mix with spoon, no mixer.
Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0 in bread pans.
Cool and frost.
