Shepherd'S Beef Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. thinly sliced fresh mushrooms
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. catsup
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. dry mustard or 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
Preparation
    Saute very lightly mushrooms and add them with their juice to ground beef in a bowl.
    Mix gently with bread crumbs, egg, catsup, soy sauce and mustard.
    Then transfer to a baking pan or casserole.
    Add a topping of mashed potatoes, well buttered, about 1/2-inch thick.
    Bake 1 hour in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven.
    Potato topping should be crisp and golden.
    If necessary, raise temperature for the last 10 minutes.
    Serves 4 to 6.
