Ingredients

1 c. fresh strawberries or other fruit, cut up
1 c. plain no fat yogurt
1 1/2 tsp. honey
5 1/2 oz. pineapple juice
1 to 2 tsp. wheat germ (optional)
Preparation

Put strawberries, yogurt, pineapple juice and honey in blender and blend together.
Add optional wheat germ and blend again. Serve at once.
