Company Crab Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. chopped onions
1 large clove garlic, finely chopped
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 can (16 oz.) whole tomatoes, undrained
1 can (16 oz.) tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. dried marjoram leaves
1/2 tsp. dried basil leaves
1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves
1/4 tsp. salt
dash of red pepper
2 c. cooked crabmeat or 1/2-inch pieces imitation crab
1/2 c. Feta cheese
3 oz. cream cheese
Preparation

Cook and stir onion and garlic in oil in 3-quart saucepan until onion is tender.
Stir in next 7 ingredients.
Heat to boiling. Reduce heat.
Cover and simmer 45 minutes.
Make Lemon Oven Rice. Stir crabmeat and cheese into tomato mixture.
Spoon over baked rice.
Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes more.
Garnish with parsley.
Yields 6 servings.
