Roast Beef With Yorkshire Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    roast beef
    2 eggs
    1 c. flour
    1 c. milk
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Cook roast beef.
    Place empty greased muffin tin in a 450\u00b0 oven until it is good and hot.
    Combine eggs, flour, milk and salt.
    Mix well and pour into hot muffin tins.
    (It is important that tins are hot first.)
    You can add a couple of drops of roast beef juice into each: separate Yorkshire, if desired.
    Bake 30 minutes at 450\u00b0.
    Yorkshires will be golden and puffy.
    Serve with gravy over them.
