Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. yeast
2 c. lukewarm water
1/4 tsp. salt
6 Tbsp. sugar
3 Tbsp. melted, cooled shortening
1 beaten egg
6 1/2 c. flour
Preparation

Melt the shortening and set aside to cool.
Mix yeast with the lukewarm water in mixing bowl and stir until completely dissolved. Add salt, sugar, cooled, melted shortening and beaten egg; stir. Add flour and mix.
Cover with wrap paper and let rise even with top of bowl.
After rising, roll dough using enough flour to keep from being sticky.
Cut out rolls with cutter and put in greased bread pan; let rise again.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until done.
Pat butter on top while still warm.
