Crock-Pot Shredded Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    medium sized pork tri tip
    1 can Mexican tomato sauce
    1 can diced tomatoes
    5 large tomatillos, chopped
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. garlic
    2 c. water
Preparation
    Put all ingredients into a crock-pot and cook on high for about 6 to 8 hours.
    Pull meat apart with 2 forks until completely shredded.
