New England Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. water
2 c. vinegar
2 tsp. pepper
1 c. vegetable oil
2 Tbsp. salt

Preparation

Mix all ingredients and heat thoroughly.
Use for basting chicken or pork.
