Calorie Crush - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. orange or apple juice (unsweetened)
    pinch of nutmeg
    1 Tbsp. honey (optional)
    1/2 ripe cantaloupe, cut into chunks and freeze until solid
    fresh strawberries
    additional melon chunks
Preparation
    Place all but last 2 ingredients in blender.
    Process with an on-off pulsing motion until melon chunks are crushed.
    Spoon into individual 6-ounce glasses decorated with fresh strawberries and melon chunks threaded alternately on skewers kabob style.
    Makes two 8-ounce glasses.
